The Next Evolution Of Collaboration
Prevention Works, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kalamazoo, Urban Alliance, and Big Brothers Big Sisters are collaborating to create a shared system of infrastructure, resources and best practices with the purpose of addressing the impact of inter-generational poverty in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Working together we hope to shift some of the current dynamics in the nonprofit sector which frequently cause conflict and competition. Hub ONE is a focused initiative dedicated to collective impact through intentional teamwork and a shared strategic vision. This partnership will leverage resources, enhance social equity and more efficiently impact lives.
Hub ONE is a venture transforming how the nonprofit sector serves people and solves problems. It’s led by four nonprofit organizations dedicated to reducing intergenerational poverty in Kalamazoo County in partnership, on purpose. With each other. With the funding community. And with families facing steep challenges. Hub ONE applies a principled, people-first approach that works through authentic conversations, empowered actions, and collective solutions. Hub ONE partners collaborate on strategy and service, and we measure progress toward a shared vision.
